Sarah Kaiser
a Radical Behaviorist
  • Professional Experience

Sarah’s adventures in education started out in a (very hot) classroom in Baltimore City Public Schools as a general educator that was also certified in special education. She found herself teaching the most incredible group of students each with their own unique and individualized needs. It was during this time that she developed a passion for data-driven decision making in the school setting.

In the fall of 2015 Sarah happened upon the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and shortly after made the transition out of the classroom and into home-based ABA services in the Baltimore area. Working alongside talented behavior analyists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists, she fell in love with being a part of a more comprehensive clinical team.

Since 2015 Sarah has served families all over Maryland, Virginia and DC as a direct service provider and clinician in various positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Associate Clinical Director, and Assessment Coordinator. As she pursues her doctoral degree Sarah practices as an independent consultant that allows her to combine applied behavior analysis and special education in a variety of settings.
